The inspiring story of Doug Smith presented at the 10th Annual Craig Hospital PUSH Dinner. I had an amazing opportunity to play a role in the creation of this story. Traveling to Lubbock, Texas and shooting for a week with Doug Smith outside his home in Petersburg was a real eye opener into my own creative spirit. You don't get the opportunity to interview a musical genius every day - especially one who has overcome a broken neck in order to return to the piano.
