Kudos to Showtime for delivering a unique story in a creative way. Cheese factor on this reality show is low. Get excited for baseball. Genius. [Part 2] <— 26 views [Part 3] <— 24 views

Red Bull – Bonifay’s Double or Nothing
Summer is coming and I haven’t caught up with wakeboarding lately. Damn.
TC Bank – Dream Rangers
[iDevice Link] <— 2,490,544 Obviously - the power of this advertisement would increase 10 fold had someone just randomly re-created this "based on a true story" story of 5 Taiwanese friends who spent 13 days traveling around Taiwan in memory of their lost friends But then it wouldn't be an advertisement - and we probably would watch it. Genius.

My Rally Fighter
[iDevice Link] <— 5,699 An open source car + A designer with laser vision = the Rally Fighter.
“Imagine a car built by people who are driven by passion… rather then some cubicle monkey worried about his deadlines an TPS reports.”
This is what Local Motors has been dreaming of and building out of their factory in Phoenix, Arizona and their first community co-created production car is the Rally Fighter.
I partied with Local Motors at SEMA – Sat in a Rally Fighter – Tore one apart – Put one back together – And now I want one.
Order Rally Fighter #138 for $59,000 and you get to spend 6 days building it yourself at the Local Motors micro factory and drive it off the lot. Or just call Sarah Stokes directly at (480) 371-6797 and drop your $1,000 down payment. Tell her Hydle sent you, but be careful… she is cooler, smarter and tougher then you are.

Cravendale – Cats with Thumbs
[iDevice Link] <— 141,504 I don't like cats - but I love Wieden + Kennedy... and their London Group nailed another. Follow Bertrum the cat on The Twit or F-book.
Just look at Bertrum’s facebook photos… he is an incredible scrabble player.
Genius.

[YouTubeUlar] <— 4,722 Ridiculous. Brain Farm and Red Bull kill it again with Travis Rice and The Art of Flight Movie Trailer. There are at least 8 “Holy Shit” elements in the first half of this teaser… I don’t even know what to say — Guess we’ll just have to wait to see the full film.
Genius.
Chrysler – Born of Fire (Imported from Detroit)

Super Bowl XLV Advertisement Brand – Chrystler
Commercial Name – Born of Fire (Imported from Detroit)
Hydle Ranking – Almost Genius
Eminem previously appeared in a “Brisk” Super Bowl Ad that blatantly states why he does NOT do commercials prior to this Chrysler ad running. Whether it was unfortunate timing or not… the two ads did not jive with me.

Super Bowl Advertisement Rankings
I haven’t concluded my super bowl ad recap yet, but as usual… rankings are coming in from all over.
Animal Ads Resonate with Viewers
The overall number one ad with viewers (overall score of about 72.3) was “Saluting Beaver” from Bridgestone, featuring a motorist who is able to avoid hitting a beaver and then plunging into a river thanks to tire traction (and a little rodent-supplied assistance). “Saluting Beaver” scored first in both emotion ranking (evoking most possible positive and least possible negative emotions) and water cooler ranking (likelihood of participants discussing the ad at the water cooler the next day), and third in interest ranking (how well it held the interest of viewers).
Meanwhile, the self-explanatory “Dog Party” ad from Bud Light, which came in third overall, ranked first in viewer interest.
Automotive Ads Take Three Top 10 Spots
Three of the top 10 ads, including the number one ad, were for autos or automotive products. Two ads were for snack food, and one ad promoted a product in each of the following five categories: the NFL, beer, film, soda, and online portal.
The New Audi Quattro – Happy 30 Years

Blackbox Oak Case Made in Golden, CO
Working out a nice deal with Blackbox Case to offer the first ever Hydle branded product.
I’ve always been on the lookout for something eye catching and durable to carry my MacBook Pro from mobile edit airstream to airstream… and I finally found it. Best of all — Blackbox Case is located right here in my home town of Golden, Colorado.
With future products + accessories + finishes on the way… I literally love the “branding” potential of this product and am excited to finally offer a product to share with my friends.
