P66 Grand Opening – July 18th

The brosive has been hard at work this month getting married and opening two new tattoo shops in Denver.

This is it folks! Tomorrow the doors of P66 Tattoo and Art Galleria will be opening. I have teamed up with Todd Gold of Streamline Hot Rod Parts to bring Denver a unique concept in the world of Tattooing. P66 Tattoo and Art Galleria will be located in Streamline’s 13,000 square foot retail location which was built around a 1950’s Phillips 66 Gas Station (hence the name P66.) This is something Denver has yet to see. I’m thrilled to be sharing it with all of you! Come check out P66 at Streamline’s Annual Hot Rod Party.

The grand opening of P66 Tattoo and Art Galleria is tomorrow – July 18th, 2010. Come and party and check out this very unique location. 22 donated kegs from Coors will be waiting to greet you.

I would buy one.

In fact – I just arranged with my brother that once he figures out how to autograph his name, I am going to be the purchaser of Keller James Hydle’s first masterpiece.

Could be a couple years time for the next artistic genius impression, so I would suggest you get in line.

The Who (Remixed)

Watching The Who play during the Super Bowl XLIV halftime show inspired me to do two things.

1 – Play Rockband again.
2 – Share a song with you.

This track is from 2002. I gave my brother a shanky computer (it was beige) and he went to town with a free single track sound editor called Amadeus – which has since been developed on.

What still amazing me to this day… is how my brother was able to figure out how to time out and create these effects (using paste over!) and beats to rearrange and remix this famous song into how he always imagined it should have been.

I simply wish Jeremy Hydle was still playing with music. Genius.

Brosive Hydle Creates

My creative brother is at it again… this time making what he calls a Green friendly “Media Credenza” from sustainable materials.

“I designed, built and hand painted….yes, hand painted to look like real wood but its not real wood at all…. its made from formaldehyde free MDF…. look it up, its a green material. Im pretty sure that Im the only one in the world that has made a piece like this one…. Its already received quite a bit of attention…… not the greatest pics but anyways, hope you like!!”

I do like… and after seeing it in person I can definitely confirm that it amazingly does look like real wood. Luckily he is taking orders, because I want one for my own house.
