“Texting is also directly related to education level, peaking at 69.4 per day for adults with less than a high school diploma and steadily decreasing as education level rises to 23.8 among those with a college degree or more.”

There is some amazing fingering going on with american teenagers. Rolling in with a whopping 2800 texts in an average month (5.79 per waking hour) we can conclude that this age group is trigger happy when it comes to tap tap send smiley.

If parents sexted more – it would be uncool. Therefore teens would not partake. Similar to the now evolving Facebook effect.
